1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the jet12 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jet12. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform. Only individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the applicable laws of Bangladesh are eligible to use this platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18, and jet12 makes no exceptions on this matter. This agreement takes effect from the moment of your first login or registration and remains in force for as long as you use the service.
Jet12 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted will be considered your acceptance of those changes. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.
2. Account Creation & Security
To register with jet12, you must provide genuine and accurate personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Creating an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms and such an account may be suspended or permanently closed at any time. Each user may hold only one account; multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited, and if discovered, all associated accounts and balances may be confiscated. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport for account verification purposes.
Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. jet12 will never ask for your password via email or message — treat any such communication as fraudulent. We strongly recommend using a strong password and keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled to secure your account.
3. User Responsibilities
As a jet12 platform user, you acknowledge that participating in gaming or betting is entirely your own voluntary decision, and you are solely responsible for any financial losses or gains that result. You must ensure that participating in online gaming activities is lawful from your place of residence. The use of any form of fraud, deception, bots, or automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited and may be grounds for legal action. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or intimidation of other users is completely forbidden and may result in account termination. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including in cases of misuse by a third party.
It is each user's own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Using jet12 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited, and suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities. 4. Platform Usage Rules
The jet12 platform is permitted for personal entertainment use only; commercial use or use on behalf of a third party is prohibited. While participating in games, you are required to follow the specific rules of each game, and if you disconnect improperly mid-game, the result at that point will stand. Intentionally exploiting any technical bug or glitch on the platform for an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited; any such issues should be reported to our team immediately. jet12 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service due to technical issues, and no compensation will be provided in such cases. Scraping, copying, or redistributing any platform content without jet12's authorization is prohibited.
The odds, lines, and statistics displayed on our platform are for informational purposes only and are subject to change at any time. In the event of any discrepancy in results due to connectivity issues during live games, jet12's final decision will prevail. We recommend checking the RTP (Return-to-Player) rate of each game before playing on the platform.
5. Payment & Transaction Information
Jet12 supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and deposits and withdrawals can be made through popular local mobile banking methods. All deposits may require processing time before being confirmed, and jet12 is not responsible for delays caused by bank or mobile operator systems. Your account must be fully verified and the KYC (Know Your Customer) process completed before withdrawals can be processed. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are stated separately for each offer. jet12 reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious or unusual transactions for review.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are clearly stated on the platform. For any payment disputes, you must notify our support team within 30 days; claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. Depositing via third-party payment methods or another person's bank account is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
Jet12 and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from gaming or betting, internet connectivity issues, technical errors, or third-party service failures. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service can be given. jet12 is not obligated to provide compensation for service disruptions caused by technical maintenance, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. jet12 is also not responsible for malicious software being installed on your device or for account credential theft, unless it results from a failure of our own security measures.
Gaming and betting activities are entirely optional and the decision to participate is solely yours. jet12 makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes or the result of any bet, and all game results are determined through a fully neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of any dispute, jet12's server records shall be considered the definitive evidence.
7. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Jet12 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, particularly if a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behavior is detected. If an account is suspended, access to the associated balance will be temporarily restricted and a decision will be communicated after investigation. If evidence of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or system exploitation is found, all related accounts will be closed and any accrued bonuses will be forfeited. To voluntarily close your account, contact our support team and any remaining balance in a verified account will be refunded. Users may also use the self-exclusion feature to take a break from the platform for a set period.
To appeal an account closure, you must notify the support team in writing within 14 days of receiving the decision. jet12 will conduct a proper review of the appeal and issue a final decision, which will be considered binding. Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be marked as dormant and inactivity fees may apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the jet12 platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, designs, game interfaces, and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of jet12 or its licensors. Copying, modifying, reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited by law. Promoting any product or service using our trademarks or brand name is entirely forbidden. Any intellectual property infringement claims may be submitted through our support team and we will take appropriate action. The rights to third-party software and content associated with games or the platform remain with the respective owners.
9. Third-Party Integrations & Services
The jet12 platform may integrate third-party game providers, payment processors, and other services. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and jet12 is not responsible for those terms. We recommend reading the relevant terms before using any third-party game or service. jet12 is not directly liable for technical errors, service disruptions, or data breaches on third-party platforms. Users are advised to exercise caution when navigating to external websites from our platform. jet12 makes no guarantees regarding the quality or availability of payment gateway services, but endeavors to work only with trusted partners.
10. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Jet12 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be settled in a competent court of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. In the event of a conflict between the Bangla and English versions of these Terms, the Bangla version shall be considered authoritative.
